Description:
Located just downriver of Lake Coeur d’Alene, Riverstone is a mixed-use development featuring a wide variety of commercial, retail, multi and single-family housing experiences. The Spokane River borders the southwestern edge of the development and is home to most of the single-family architecture.
As landscape architects, we have participated in the creation of many private residential gardens all interconnected by underlying design guidelines and compliance with overall architectural principles.
